These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Mamshak (ممشاك) mobile application ("the App"), developed and operated by Aqliya for AI ("we", "us"). By downloading or using the App you agree to these Terms.

1. The App

Mamshak is a personal vehicle-maintenance app. Your content (vehicles, maintenance records, mileage, reminders, documents, and photos) is stored locally on your device. The App is provided for personal, non-commercial use.

2. Mamshak Pro — auto-renewing subscription

• Plan: Mamshak Pro is offered as an annual auto-renewing subscription. The exact price is shown in the App at checkout in your local currency before you confirm the purchase.
• Payment: Payment is charged to your Apple App Store or Google Play account when you confirm the purchase.
• Renewal: The subscription renews automatically for another year unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the current period ends, at the then-current price shown in the store.
• Cancellation: You can cancel anytime in your device's store settings — App Store: Settings → your Apple ID → Subscriptions; Google Play: Play Store → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions. Deleting or uninstalling the App does not cancel the subscription.
• Restore subscription: If you reinstall the App or switch to a new device, use "Restore subscription" in the App to re-activate an existing subscription purchased with the same Apple or Google account, at no extra charge.
• After cancellation: You keep Pro features until the end of the paid period. Cancelling never deletes your data — your records remain on your device, and the free plan's limits apply to adding new content.
• Refunds: Purchases are processed by Apple or Google, and refunds are handled under their policies. Request refunds through the App Store or Google Play; Mamshak cannot guarantee approval of a refund request. If a payment is refunded, reversed, or charged back, Pro features may be removed — your vehicle records are never deleted and remain available for viewing and export under the free plan's limits.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the App, attempt to disrupt its services (including the invoice-scanning service), reverse engineer it except where permitted by law, or use it for unlawful purposes.

4. Your data and backups

Your content is stored on your device and is your responsibility. We recommend keeping backups (for example via the App's export feature, where available). We are not responsible for data lost due to device loss, deletion of the App, or device failure.

5. Disclaimer

The App provides maintenance tracking and reminders for convenience only. It is not a substitute for your vehicle manufacturer's manual or professional mechanical advice. Invoice scanning uses automatic text recognition (OCR), which can make mistakes — always review and correct scanned amounts, dates, and details before saving; we are not responsible for errors in automatically extracted text. The App is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including vehicle damage resulting from missed or incorrect maintenance.

7. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
