Privacy Policy

Mamshak (ممشاك) is a personal vehicle-maintenance app developed and operated by Aqliya for AI. This policy explains what data the app handles and how. In short: your content is stored on your device, we do not require an account, and we do not run analytics or advertising trackers. One optional feature — invoice scanning — sends a photo to our server for processing, as described below.

1. No accounts

Mamshak has no user accounts or sign-in. We do not ask for your name, email address, or phone number to use the app.

2. Data stored on your device

Your app content — vehicles, maintenance records, mileage entries, reminders, documents, settings, and photos you attach — is stored locally on your device in the app's storage. We do not upload this content to our servers.

3. Invoice photo scanning (optional)

If you choose to scan an invoice, the photo you select is sent over an encrypted connection to our server, where text is extracted from it (optical character recognition) and returned to your device. The image is processed in memory and is deleted when the scan completes; neither the image nor the extracted text is stored on the server. Like most internet services, our server keeps standard technical logs (such as request time, status, and error messages) for reliability and troubleshooting; these logs do not contain your images or the extracted text.

4. Data we do not collect

• We do not run analytics, advertising, or crash-reporting services in the app.
• We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it with third parties for marketing.

5. In-app purchases (RevenueCat, Apple, Google)

Mamshak Pro subscriptions are processed by Apple's App Store or Google Play, together with our subscription-management provider, RevenueCat. RevenueCat receives purchase receipts and a random, app-generated identifier to validate and manage your subscription; it does not receive your vehicle or maintenance data. Apple and Google process your payment and store-account information under their own privacy policies: Apple Privacy Policy · Google Privacy Policy. We never receive your payment card details.

6. Retention and deletion

• On your device: your content stays until you delete it. You can delete individual items in the app, or erase everything at once via Profile → “Delete all local data”. Uninstalling the app also removes its locally stored data from your device.
• On our server: invoice images are not retained after the scan completes. Technical logs are kept only for a limited period for troubleshooting.
• Subscriptions: deleting or uninstalling the app does not cancel an active subscription — cancel it in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings.

7. Service providers

We use hosting infrastructure to run our scanning and web services, and RevenueCat, Apple, and Google for subscriptions, as described above. We do not use any other third-party service that processes your personal data.

8. Children

The app is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect personal information from them.

9. Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will update this page and the "Last updated" date above.
